The Production Leader role at Trane Technologies in Clarksville is a key leadership position on the second shift, designed for a dynamic and experienced supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the daily operations of a production shift, ensuring that quality, cost, time, output, and safety goals are consistently met and exceeded. This full-time, on-site position is instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within a lean manufacturing context. The Production Leader will collaborate across multiple departments including Operations, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement to advance plant-wide objectives.

This role demands strong leadership skills, adaptability, and problem-solving capability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain efficiency. The Production Leader will be responsible for supervising materials usage to ensure smooth production flow, supporting and implementing plant programs, and fostering a positive, cooperative team environment that encourages development and high performance. The role requires excellent communication skills to consistently align the team with the company’s strategic goals and to facilitate effective interactions with various departmental leaders.

Trane Technologies offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $126,200 along with comprehensive benefits that begin on day one.
