The Production Leader role at Trane Technologies in Clarksville is a key leadership position on the second shift, designed for a dynamic and experienced supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the daily operations of a production shift, ensuring that quality, cost, time, output, and safety goals are consistently met and exceeded. The Production Leader will be responsible for supervising materials usage to ensure smooth production flow, supporting and implementing plant programs, and fostering a positive, cooperative team environment that encourages development and high performance. The role requires excellent communication skills to consistently align the team with the company’s strategic goals and to facilitate effective interactions with various departmental leaders.

Job Duties
- Responsible for overall performance of the team focusing on safety quality cost time and output
- Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow
- Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with other department supervisors and leaders in Operations Quality HR Finance Materials Engineering and Continuous Improvement
- Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members
- Engage in training development and fostering positive employee relations
- Implement and drive change in a high volume fast-paced lean manufacturing environment
