Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in seafood production or food processing
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- ability to work Sunday through Friday from 2 pm to 10:30 pm
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to perform quality inspections
- experience in inventory and production scheduling
- physically able to perform production floor duties

- Proven experience in seafood production or food processing leadership
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lead and motivate a production team
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- experience with inventory control and yield management
- good communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent education
Job Duties
- Oversee seafood cutting operations to meet production targets and quality standards
- monitor and manage yields to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
- maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods
- plan and coordinate daily production schedules
- train, supervise, and support production team members
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
- conduct quality inspections and address product issues promptly
