The current opening is for a full-time leadership role located in Butler, Wisconsin, with a competitive compensation rate of $28.12 per hour. This position offers the opportunity to work on the 2nd shift within a dynamic and fast-paced environment centered around protein and salt production. The role involves overseeing safety and food safety compliance, managing HR programs, and leading operational initiatives such as Scorecards, Action Registries, and Process Flow Management. The leader in this position is expected to foster an environment of growth by training and developing team members, driving engagement, recognizing stakeholder contributions, and upholding high standards of accountability and quality. Special focus is placed on customer satisfaction through producing quality products that meet consumer demands. Additionally, the role requires strong conflict resolution and coaching skills to guide the team effectively through challenges and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture. Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Must be able to lift 60-80lb boxes on a consistent daily basis with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, have strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills including data entry and data retrieval
  • Ability to work in a cold environment, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment
  • Able to work holidays and weekend as needed to meet customer demand
  • Forklift certified or capable being certified

Job Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish, Burmese, or French)
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Prior industrial meat industry work experience with a like competitor
  • Prior work history in a production background that deals with speed and repetition
  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
  • High school diploma or GED
