The core values of the company—unquestionable integrity, respect, and appreciation for each other—are the foundation of its growth and success. These principles help Airlite consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering innovative products and sustainable solutions, alongside continuous process improvements and efficiency advancements.

Airlite Plastics specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of high-quality plastic products, including rigid plastic containers and lids for food packaging, dry powder scoops, plastic drink cups, shipping containers, industrial strength insulated concrete forms (ICF), and sustainable permeable paving systems. As industry pioneers who prioritize sustainability, Airlite Plastics prides itself on delivering not only award-winning products but also exceptional customer service and quality standards.

The available role at Airlite Plastics is a pivotal position, centered around leading operational and personnel goals to ensure the efficiency of production shifts. This role involves close collaboration with production and support teams, coordinating labor and scheduling to meet production targets while supporting production flow, output, and quality standards. The successful candidate will engage in auditing production reports to identify and resolve manufacturing, operational, and maintenance issues that could cause delays or increase costs.

This position requires clear communication of expectations to maintain compliance with operational requirements and leadership in upholding safety and quality standards. The role also includes participating in problem-solving activities, ensuring production team members receive adequate training and validation, and supporting organizational objectives and values. Additionally, the candidate will perform various team duties to meet production demands, uphold safety protocols, maintain proper housekeeping, and demonstrate a commitment to Airlite’s core values.

Airlite Plastics seeks a proactive individual who is not complacent but motivated to contribute toward continuous improvement and innovation. The company values versatility, strong work ethic, and reliability. The role is suited for candidates with experience in manufacturing environments or related fields, emphasizing the capacity to utilize problem-solving skills, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain reliable attendance. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive self-motivated attitude, flexibility in ambiguous scenarios, and a strong commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

As a full-time employee, the successful candidate will be eligible for a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, a generous 401k match, ample time off, and annual company activities. The work environment is dynamic and requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds occasionally), and operating various office and production equipment. The role also involves exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who value integrity, teamwork, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in a thriving manufacturing company dedicated to excellence.
