The role also demands proficiency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, enforcing hygiene and safety protocols, and ensuring proper food labeling and storage to minimize spoilage. The Production Kitchen Supervisor will have the opportunity to engage with customers directly during meal periods, collecting feedback to improve service standards continuously. ESS Support Services emphasizes a supportive work culture offering extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans, paid parental leave, and a variety of voluntary insurance options. This role is ideal for experienced kitchen supervisors eager to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy production kitchen within a highly respected company known for its comprehensive employee support and commitment to safety and quality.
