This job opening is for the position of Production Kitchen Cook 1 at a fast-paced, high-energy culinary environment that prioritizes quality and guest satisfaction. This position starts at $15.44 per hour and requires flexibility in working various shifts, which can include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic demands of the venue.

The role of Production Kitchen Cook 1 focuses on performing a variety of food preparation and cooking duties that range from basic to intermediate levels. These duties include washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients used in recipes, preparing salads and cold foods, as well as carrying out frying, stock making, and batch cooking. The cook also assembles and garnishes finished dishes ensuring they meet high quality and presentation standards. Working in a demanding kitchen setting, the Production Kitchen Cook 1 is responsible for the safe and sanitary use of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, knives, choppers, and food processors. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in collaboration with kitchen stewards is critical to operational success.

ServSafe certification and completion of Culinary Academy within the first 12 months are required for advancement and compliance. Job Requirements

  • 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
