The Production Front of House Assistant position is a part-time role based in Loveland, focusing on supporting various event operations within city-managed venues. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth running of events through responsibilities including volunteer management, house management duties, and delivering exceptional event hospitality. The position requires flexibility in work hours, encompassing nights and weekends, and offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.76 to $21.27 depending on qualifications and experience. Employees in this role contribute directly to maintaining the safety, security, and overall experience of patrons attending concerts, sporting events, theatrical performances, and community festivals.

As a Production Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for building security tasks such as locking and unlocking contracted areas, assisting with volunteer training and supervision, and supporting light maintenance duties across different venue points like the bar, concession stands, lobby, and box office. The role extends to inventory management for bar and concessions and using ticket sales and scheduling software to facilitate smooth operations. Emphasis is placed on delivering courteous and efficient customer service to enhance visitor experiences.

This position supports event staff by providing bar management functions during events and performing other duties as assigned, ensuring operational excellence across multiple aspects of event hosting. Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED
  • One year of related experience
  • Current alcohol server training certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Ability to accurately follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to use sound judgment and resolve conflicts
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for building security including locking and unlocking contracted areas of facilities
