Their mission is interwoven with the human spirit, embracing diversity and inclusivity to reflect the artists, athletes, and fans they represent, while also minimizing environmental impact through sustainable operations.

The position of Production Coordinator at AEG plays a vital role in supporting the planning and seamless execution of touring production operations. This role demands coordination of logistics, travel, staffing, payroll, and administrative tasks related to live events and tours. The coordinator acts as a pivotal liaison among production teams, artists, vendors, and venue staff to ensure that all operational details are conducted efficiently, both in-office and on the road. The Production Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating the arrangements for travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and venue logistics for artists, crew members, and internal teams, maintaining essential production documentation such as budgets, calendars, and operational tracking tools. This position also includes supporting staffing efforts by managing the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll for temporary event personnel, as well as assisting in advancing show and venue operations including hospitality, catering, backstage needs, and coordinating day-of-show logistics.

The role requires someone with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a calm, team-oriented attitude. The Production Coordinator will frequently travel up to 50 percent of the time to provide on-site support during tours and events, help troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth production lifecycle management. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $21.79 to $30.85 per hour, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills. Though this role is not eligible for bonus compensation, it comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, life insurance options, parental leave, a 401k plan with employer match, and wellness programs. AEG positions itself as an equal opportunity employer dedicated to hiring the most qualified applicants without discrimination based on protected status. However, it is important to note that work visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
