The role of Production Coordinator at ZECO is pivotal to sustaining the company’s commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 2-3 years' experience with automated inventory or batching software
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Preferred 4+ years' experience in a chemical production environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows Applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong technological aptitude and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment under stress

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate inventory cycle count program to ensure accuracy
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
  • Maintain accurate inventory reporting structure and suggest improvements
  • Manage product bill of materials (BOM) maintenance
  • Oversee product setup and maintenance in operating system
  • Input product batch creation procedures and close batches with cost tier adjustments
  • Record and input raw material receipts in operating system
  • Transfer receiving lot number adjustments
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
