Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0 to 2 years of previous related experience beneficial
Ability to work afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Must be able to attend scheduled shifts punctually
Ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

0 to 2 years of related food preparation or cooking experience is beneficial
Ability to read and follow recipes and food safety procedures
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Willingness to work afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Basic culinary skills preferred

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Reduce food waste by following established food handling and portion control guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
