Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs above your head
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including possible overtime
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes precisely

Job Duties
- Check viscosity of soup
- Wash and sanitize kettles after every formula
- Process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
- Fill out paperwork and IQS entries and inspections
- Load ingredients into kettle
- Take samples to QA
- Retrieve and return containers from prep and blanch
- Verify product quality, item numbers, weights, HACCP checks
- Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- Perform other duties as assigned
