Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience operating machinery
- ability to work early morning shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- ability to follow food safety and quality standards
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- must maintain regular attendance
- ability to communicate clearly
- willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience operating machinery
- knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, SQF and GMP
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- ability to work varying hours and shifts
- strong teamwork and respect for coworkers
- adherence to company policies and code of conduct
Job Duties
- Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
- monitor quality of product and remove substandard product
- monitor flow of product and flippers
- adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
- record information about process speed, waste and weight
- check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
- monitor internal temperatures for the Cook and Chill step to assess critical control points for HACCP compliance
