The Specialty Cook will be responsible for cooking in an international and production kitchen environment, preparing bulk hot food according to specified recipes and standards. This position demands a minimum of three years of cooking experience in either a restaurant or production setting. Candidates must be proficient in following detailed recipe specifications and have knowledge of one or multiple types of international culinary cuisines.
