- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and serving food
- Taste products and check production to ensure quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Lift and move food and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
