Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant kitchen environment is a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook KFC's menu items following standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Collaborate with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere
  • Ensure all food items meet proper temperature and quality standards
  • Maintain efficient workflow and minimize food waste through portion control
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to ensure seamless kitchen operations through KFC standards
