Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Food handler's certification is a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook KFC's menu items following standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Collaborate with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders
  • Ensure all food items meet proper temperature and quality standards
  • Maintain efficient workflow and minimize food waste through portion control
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to ensure seamless kitchen operations
