Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets
- Prepares food items according to recipes ensuring quality and consistency
- Labels, dates, covers, monitors, and rotates prepared food items
- Monitors food levels and replenishes items timely
- Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures including Weights and Measures compliance
- Maintains clean and sanitary work environments and equipment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
- Maximizes sales through proper food preparation and merchandising
