Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day

- Ability to use knives, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely
- Ability to work in cold and hot temperature environments
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6-12 months retail or food service experience desired
- Good understanding of food production and basic cooking techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Basic math skills
- Passion for natural foods and company mission
- Ability to work in fast-paced, urgent environments
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets
- Prepares food items according to recipes ensuring quality and consistency
- Labels, dates, covers, monitors, and rotates prepared food items
- Monitors food levels and replenishes items timely
- Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures including Weights and Measures compliance
- Maintains clean and sanitary work environments and equipment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
- Maximizes sales through proper food preparation and merchandising
