The company values equality and inclusivity, ensuring every employee enjoys equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military status, protected veteran status, or other protected characteristics under applicable law. At Aramark, building a fulfilling career means nurturing talents, fueling passions, and empowering professional growth in a supportive environment that offers a strong sense of belonging.

The Chef Manager role is integral to Aramark's mission of delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding food experiences. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chef Manager adopts a hands-on approach, focusing on team development, culinary expertise, safety protocols, and fostering strong client relationships. This role not only emphasizes culinary excellence but also plays a crucial part in meeting budget requirements and successfully executing company-driven programs. A successful candidate in this position will balance creative leadership with operational discipline, ensuring that quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently surpassed.

Key responsibilities include training and managing kitchen personnel while coordinating all culinary activities, estimating food consumption accurately to optimize inventory, selecting and developing recipes to maintain consistent quality, and designing menus with proper pricing strategies. The Chef Manager will also oversee equipment maintenance, enforce safety and sanitation regulations, and manage special catering events, which may involve offering culinary instruction or demonstrating advanced cooking techniques. Aramark seeks individuals passionate about their craft and motivated to continuously improve both themselves and their teams, ensuring the delivery of memorable dining experiences.
