Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or production environment a plus
- Washington State Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Dependable, proactive, and motivated by teamwork and quality

Job Duties

- Prepare other wholesale products including brownies, pies, and rice krispy treats
- Package all products with consistency and care, ensuring 100% quality before delivery to wholesale partners
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily and weekly wholesale demand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
- Work efficiently at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Washington State guidelines
