We are currently seeking an experienced production baker to join our close-knit team in East Vancouver. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth execution of our morning bake as well as coordinating delivery preparation for our other location. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses strong baking skills combined with the ability to manage early-morning production tasks efficiently. This position requires a good deal of physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items. Working in a fast-paced environment, the production baker will perform minor production work during the morning bake, maintain a tidy and organized workspace, and help deliver our products reliably and punctually. Given the nature of bakery hours, the successful applicant must be available to work overnight shifts, specifically from midnight to 8 am, four days a week. This schedule allows our bakery to start its day fresh with perfectly baked goods ready for timely distribution.
