Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- experience working with heated ovens and baking appliances
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
- ability to operate baking ovens and equipment
- ability to follow recipes and precise baking instructions
- strong attention to detail
- teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of donuts, breads, pastries, pies, cookies, and cakes
- operate ovens and baking machinery and ensure accurate temperatures and proper baking
- monitor ingredient inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and organize ingredient storage
- maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and utensils to ensure food safety
- inspect finished baked products to meet quality standards of appearance, texture, and taste
- adjust production levels according to daily par sheets and demand
- comply with health department and company food safety guidelines
