Job Duties

  • Make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts, bread, pastries, pies, cookies, and cakes
  • operate ovens and baking equipment to ensure precise temperature and perfect baking
  • monitor ingredient inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools, workstations, and utensils
  • perform quality checks on baked items for appearance, texture, and taste
  • follow company food safety guidelines and health department standards
  • adapt to production needs and adjust to varying par levels
