We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Bakery Staff member to join our dynamic team at Lady Babka, Round Rock location. This role is a hands-on position essential to the core of our daily production workflow. The ideal candidate will combine technical baking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities encompass the entire lifecycle of our baked products, from the initial preparation of dough to the finishing touches before baking, and ensuring products are packed efficiently for retail or wholesale purposes. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, embodying our clean-as-you-go philosophy. The shift runs from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a minimum commitment of three days per week, allowing for a balanced approach between work and personal life.
