Job Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have a background in baking or similar role
- Certification in food safety is mandatory
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills

- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment and wear designated uniforms

- Background in baking or a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of baking procedures, benchmarks, and health standards compliance
- Food safety certification is obligatory
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills and numeracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up your workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
- Complete necessary steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and preparing ingredients
- Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils, including knives, for food preparation
- Store food in compliance with food safety policies and procedures
- Follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after use
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain friendly demeanor when assisting guests, customers, clients, and coworkers
- Adhere to Aramark safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards
- Secure company property by following designated security protocols
