This job posting is for the position of Production Associate - Utility IV within the Rental Division of Cintas. This is a full-time, regular position on the 3rd shift. The role primarily supports production activities by performing a variety of tasks as directed by the shift supervisor. Responsibilities include participating in loading and unloading trucks, preparing and staging materials and garments, and performing assorted production jobs classified at level four or below. The role is dynamic, requiring flexibility to fill in for other employees during vacations and absences, which may cause the specific duties and work area to change daily. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work environment and consistently meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.

The role is physically demanding, requiring standing for most of the shift, repetitive movements, bending, stretching, and the ability to lift and move materials. Candidates should be willing to work safely in proximity to others in a fast-paced environment and may handle materials with strong odors using appropriate protective equipment.
