Job Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
  • At least 1 year of experience in a shop, production, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience using tools such as hammers, wrenches, pneumatic tools, and air hose tools
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in active shop environments
  • High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Mix liquid chemicals and resins according to production specifications and formulas

  • Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, organized production environment
  • Read and interpret customer specifications and technical drawings to meet production requirements
