The Production Associate - Product Separator role at Cintas is an integral position within the Rental Division. This full-time, first-shift position focuses on sorting and separating soiled materials such as shop towels, aprons, and bar mops. The Product Separator ensures accurate sorting into designated laundry bags while monitoring counts or weights to determine when bags need to be replaced. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and meet or exceed quality and quantity work standards. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often handling materials that may have unpleasant odors with appropriate protective gear. Candidates must be ready to stand, bend, squat, and engage in physical activities such as lifting and moving materials for most of their shift.
