As a Fortune 500 public company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas is committed to excellence, innovation, and employee development, making it a respected leader in the industry with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and workplace safety.
The Production Associate - Mat Roller role within Cintas' Rental Division is an essential position responsible for the processing and handling of cleaned customer floor mats. This full-time, third-shift role operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure, where employees can earn additional compensation by meeting or exceeding established production standards. The primary duties involve evaluating the quality of cleaned mats, operating a mat roller machine safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and organizing rolled mats for subsequent customer delivery. The company also prioritizes diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants. Successful candidates will undergo a thorough selection process including application review, interviews, job tryout with compensation, and post-offer background check and drug screening.
Cintas offers comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plan options with premiums below the national average, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, employee stock ownership plans, disability, life and AD&D insurance fully paid by the company, paid time off and holidays, and strong career advancement opportunities through skills development and training.
