Job Description
AtriCure, Inc. is a pioneering medical technology company specializing in the development and manufacture of innovative devices for the treatment of atrial fibrillation (Afib) and related cardiac conditions. Afib affects over 33 million people worldwide, making it one of the most common heart rhythm disorders globally. The company’s mission is to improve patient outcomes through cutting-edge solutions that help electrophysiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons effectively manage Afib and reduce complications stemming from this condition. AtriCure's product portfolio includes the Isolator® Synergy™ Ablation System, the first FDA-approved device for the treatment of persistent Afib, as well as the AtriClip® Left Atrial Appendage Exclusion System, which is the most widely sold LAA management device worldwide. Their Hybrid AF™ Therapy offers a minimally invasive, durable solution tailored for patients with long-standing persistent Afib, enhancing treatment efficacy and patient quality of life. In addition, the cryoICE cryoSPHERE® probe supports cardiac and thoracic procedures by providing temporary ablation of peripheral nerves for pain management.
At its core, AtriCure is driven by a culture of inclusion and diversity, fostering a workplace where all employees can bring their authentic selves and contribute meaningfully, both professionally and personally. The company supports equitable opportunities through various programs and resources. Based in Mason, Ohio, near Kings Island, AtriCure is recognized as one of the top companies to work for in the Cincinnati area, underscoring its commitment to employee satisfaction and workplace excellence.
Currently, AtriCure is seeking Production Associates to join their team on the first shift (Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm), offering a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This position involves assembling small to medium-sized components into high-quality finished medical devices under strict adherence to ISO and regulatory requirements. Production Associates receive comprehensive skillset training, including soldering, epoxy application, laser welding, and good documentation practices, equipping them to maintain high standards of quality and production efficiency. Working in an air-conditioned, cleanroom environment, employees benefit from health benefits and 401(k) plan eligibility starting from day one, paid time off and volunteer time off, an onsite gym and café with complimentary coffee, and a pay increase after successful completion of a six-month probationary period. The company encourages applicants who are detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced settings, and committed to teamwork and quality. Ideal candidates will contribute to AtriCure’s mission of delivering life-enhancing medical technologies while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.
