This job posting is for a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder position within Cintas' Rental Division. The role involves manually folding or using industrial garment folding machines to fold customer products like linens and uniforms. The Product Folder is responsible for accurately counting folded products and preparing bundles for delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. This position is full-time with a regular employee status, operating on the second shift. It operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where employees must meet or exceed set production standards. Those exceeding standards may receive additional compensation such as higher hourly wages.
