This role is for a Production Associate - Garment Processor within Cintas's Global Supply Chain division, specifically based at one of their Distribution Centers. This is a regular full-time position on the 1st shift, offering a stable schedule and opportunities for career growth. The Production Associate - Garment Processor is responsible for critical garment handling tasks essential to the company's uniform and apparel service operations. Key duties include inspecting garments and trims to ensure correct color, scripting, size, and quantity; applying emblems, ID tapes, barcodes, and other trims; as well as cutting, sewing, and hemming garments as required.
The selected candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess basic communication skills in English to comprehend maintenance literature and effectively perform tasks. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour work shift. While industrial sewing experience and over one year of sewing machine operation are preferred, training opportunities are available to support skills development and career advancement.
