Cintas Corporation is a leading provider of specialized services to businesses of all types and sizes, enabling them to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas is recognized as a Fortune 500 company with a reputation for excellence in uniform rental, facility services, and safety solutions. The company's offerings include uniforms, mats, mops, towels, restroom supplies, workplace water services, and a range of safety products and training services designed to support the operational needs of their clients. With a commitment to helping more than one million customers prepare confidently for their workdays, Cintas ensures that businesses are equipped with the right tools and services for maintaining workplace hygiene and safety. As a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol CTAS, Cintas is also a component of the Standard & Poor's 500 and Nasdaq-100 indices, which reflects its standing as an industry leader with stable growth and innovation.

The role of Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector is an essential position within Cintas’ Rental Division, focused on the high-quality processing of customer garments. This full-time position on the second shift is designed for individuals who work diligently in a fast-paced, schedule-driven manufacturing or warehouse environment. The primary responsibility is to safely and accurately hang cleaned garments onto hangers and to conduct visual inspections of each garment to identify any repairs needed, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors not only ensure that garments meet Cintas’ high standards but also maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

A key aspect of this job is the performance-based incentive pay structure. This means that employees are compensated based on production standards, with the potential for higher hourly pay if they meet or exceed defined goals. This pay model rewards efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to the task, making it a great opportunity for motivated individuals to earn competitive wages while demonstrating their reliability and skill.

Successful candidates will need to meet basic eligibility requirements such as being authorized to work in the United States and being at least 18 years old. Physical demands include standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, which may involve bending, stretching, turning, or reaching. The job may also include pushing carts or bins filled with bulk or linen products to various stations. Beyond physical requirements, the role calls for employees who exemplify strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, positive interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork and safety protocols.

Cintas offers comprehensive benefits including competitive pay, 401(k) plans with company match and profit sharing, fully company-paid disability and life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for skills development and career advancement. The base pay for this position typically ranges from $16.90 to $19.25 per hour depending on skills, experience, and training. This role provides a fulfilling and stable career path for individuals interested in manufacturing or production roles within a respected Fortune 500 company that values its employees as partners and invests in their growth and success.
