The Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center plays a critical role in supporting its vast network of stores by efficiently managing the production and distribution of key ingredients, ensuring the freshest and highest-quality pizza products reach customers everywhere. This Supply Chain Center is integral to the brand’s promise of making great pizza – and more – possible by maintaining rigorous quality standards and operational excellence.

The current job vacancy at Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center is for a Production Team Member, a vital position responsible for the end-to-end processing and manufacturing of pizza dough within the distribution center. This role involves rotating through various positions during the shift, including dough making, dough placing, tray washing, and cross/down stacking. The Production Team Member also plays an important part in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas. Additionally, team members may receive cross-training to work in warehousing or sanitation roles, offering a diverse and dynamic work experience. The employment is full-time with a competitive pay rate of $23.75 per hour. Work shifts are scheduled five days a week, Sunday through Friday, starting at 5 am, with opportunity for overtime as needed.

As a Production Team Member at Domino's, individuals contribute directly to the heart of pizza production, supporting the continuous supply chain that powers the worldwide Domino's brand. Candidates can expect a structured yet supportive environment where teamwork, reliability, and dedication are highly valued. Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center emphasizes career growth, professional development, and employee well-being, offering comprehensive benefits from the first day of employment. This includes paid holidays and vacations, health benefits covering medical, dental, and vision care, 401k plan with matching contributions, company-paid life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.

Working at Domino's means becoming part of a company that invests in its people by providing a positive workplace culture and tangible rewards for hard work. The role involves physical activity, requiring individuals to stand or walk for extended periods, lift moderately heavy loads up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work in refrigerated environments and variable weather conditions. Candidates must be able to perform essential tasks safely amidst exposure to loud machinery, and be ready to engage in physically demanding yet rewarding production work.

Domino's is an excellent choice for those seeking stable employment, competitive pay, and opportunities to develop a career within the world's premier pizza company.
