We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This is an entry-level position essential to our bakery operations, where associates play a crucial role in producing high-quality baked goods consistently and safely. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating high-powered machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and managing materials and equipment necessary for the baking process. Your role will directly impact product quality and efficiency in production, ensuring that only products meeting strict company standards reach our customers.

The role offers a great starting pay rate of $28.14 per hour with variable shifts. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in manufacturing within a supportive team-oriented environment. This role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and maintaining superior quality standards. Participation in company-approved training and audits is essential to help maintain production excellence and safety compliance. Physical stamina is important as the job entails standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a warm environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety conscious, and ready to contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality baked products. This role also demands effective communication skills in English and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
