The Production Assistant - Food Service Worker position within the School Nutrition Service division of Spring Branch Independent School District is an auxiliary role designed to play a vital part in ensuring that student nutrition needs are met efficiently and safely. This non-exempt, skilled labor position reports directly to the Federal Program Supervisor and functions within a 181-day work calendar aligned with the school year. In this position, the Production Assistant - Food Service Worker is responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to food preparation, service, storage, and sanitation. Employees in this role may also be called upon to perform cashier duties, supporting the collection of funds and the management of meal account records. - Ability to read and speak the English language
