Job Duties
- Sell and service each drive-thru guest within 3 minutes or less by administering the 7 steps to Drive-thru
- Maintain guest sensitivity and excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and restocking of the drive-thru area
- Follow sanitation, uniform, safety, and security protocols
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Address guest complaints professionally and effectively
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management
