The role offered is a full-time Associate level position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, emphasizing flexibility and dedication. The successful candidate will be a key player in promoting MSI's brand and products, specifically MSI Quartz, by conducting product knowledge seminars and visiting prospective and existing customers. This position requires effective communication and coordination with builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to ensure the brand’s presence and products are well represented in the market.
The responsibilities include conducting comprehensive product knowledge seminars, training customer sales teams on MSI product lines, maintaining accurate customer databases and sales reports, and actively participating in trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars. The role demands strategic efforts to increase brand awareness through advertisement placement and maintaining promotional materials in collaboration with customers to optimize marketing efforts. This position entails strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach to retain and grow business relationships.
Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, occasional sitting, handling objects and tools, and the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Close vision is also required for detailed tasks.
The position requires a bilingual candidate fluent in Spanish, with a high school education as the minimum, though some college coursework is preferred. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries, retail merchandising as a plus, and be proficient in communication and self-motivation. Technological proficiency with tools such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and smart device usage is beneficial. Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, holidays, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is expected.

Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products
- performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’s location
- in charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines
