This full-time position as a Brand Awareness Associate involves promoting the MSI Quartz product line and enhancing the company's brand presence by engaging directly with customers, architects, builders, designers, and kitchen dealers. The role requires visiting these stakeholders to perform product knowledge seminars, train customer sales forces on MSI product lines, and maintain accurate customer databases. The associate will also attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars to further boost the brand’s visibility. A core responsibility of this role is to coordinate with customers to ensure the proper quantities of promotional materials are available, as well as enhancing brand awareness through strategic advertisement placement. The individual will maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain and grow their business. Work hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday each month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position requires up to 50% travel and involves some physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged walking or standing. This job requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The associate is expected to possess intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with iOS devices like iPads and iPhones is a plus. Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers to promote the products
