The role of the MSI Quartz Brand Promoter is crucial for expanding the visibility and market presence of MSI’s quartz product line. This full-time, associate-level position primarily involves visiting builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to perform seminars that enhance product knowledge and drive brand awareness. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturdays a month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, this role demands a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
The Brand Promoter will be responsible for training customers’ sales forces on MSI product lines, maintaining an accurate customer database, generating sales reports, and coordinating promotional material inventories. Attendance at trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars is expected, along with the continuous effort to retain and grow existing customer relationships. Travel is a significant part of this role, with up to 50% travel required, necessitating flexibility including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical demands of the position entail regular use of hands to handle objects and tools, verbal communication, frequent walking and standing, and the occasional lifting of loads up to 50 pounds. Good close vision is also essential.

Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- Visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products
- Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’s location
- In charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines
- Accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed
- Attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars
- Consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business
- Coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials
- Increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement
- Performs additional duties as required and or requested
