The role in focus is that of a Brand Awareness Associate dedicated to spreading awareness of Q Quartz products. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional work required for two Saturdays a month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Brand Awareness Associate plays a crucial role in MSI's marketing and sales ecosystem by visiting customers such as builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers. The associate conducts product knowledge seminars and trains customers' sales personnel on MSI products, helping to ensure that customers have expert information and confidence in the products they recommend and purchase.
Responsibility for maintaining promotional materials in appropriate quantities at customer sites is another vital part of the job. The associate tracks and updates customer databases and generates sales reports as needed to support MSI's strategic business objectives. Participation in trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars is a regular duty, affording opportunities to connect with industry professionals and enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is someone who is personable, extroverted, well-organized, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with smart devices like iPads, iPhones, or smartphones is a plus. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when necessary, and up to 50 percent travel is expected.
Physically, the role demands the ability to lift, pull, and move weights up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The associate must be capable of extensive walking, standing, and occasional sitting, with good close vision to perform various tasks effectively. This role is significant in strengthening MSI's product presence and brand loyalty by providing expert consultation and delivering quality promotional engagements.

Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products
- performs product knowledge seminars at the customer's location
- in charge of training the customer's sales force on MSI product lines
- accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed
- attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars
- consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business
- coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials
- increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement
- performs additional duties as required and or requested
