This full-time Associate level position focuses on boosting the brand awareness of MSI’s Q Quartz product line. The role involves frequent visits to builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to promote MSI Quartz products. The candidate will be responsible for conducting informative product knowledge seminars directly at customer locations and training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines to maximize product understanding and boost sales. They will work closely with existing customers to maintain and grow business relationships through excellent customer service and consistent communication. Maintaining updated and accurate customer databases, generating detailed sales reports, and coordinating promotional materials to ensure optimal stock levels are key parts of the role. Additionally, the representative will attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars to represent MSI and increase brand visibility through strategic advertising placement. The position demands an organized, self-motivated, and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. The physical demands include regular use of hands, walking, standing, as well as occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds. Job Duties
- Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products
- Visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products
- Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’s location
- In charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines
- Accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed
- Attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars
- Consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business
- Coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials
- Increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement
- Performs additional duties as required and or requested
