The Packaging Team Member position is an integral part of the company's operational backbone. Operating in a refrigerated and temperature-controlled plant environment, the Packaging Team Member is responsible for vacuum sealing and boxing various portions using user-friendly packaging machines. The role requires weighing, labeling, stacking boxes on pallets efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
