CROSSMARK is actively seeking motivated and professional individuals to join their team as Event Specialists in Casselberry, Florida, specifically focusing on in-store food and product demonstrations within Walmart locations. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about excellent customer service and have experience in merchandising. The Event Specialist will be responsible for engaging consumers, demonstrating products, and driving sales while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with company standards. This position offers a regular, consistent schedule, with demonstration events taking place mostly from Thursday to Sunday, totaling between 6 to 24 hours per week based on availability. CROSSMARK provides all necessary event materials, equipment, and an event table to ensure that the specialist can perform their duties effectively. Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with the responsibilities at CROSSMARK, offering flexibility for candidates.
