The role of Product Director at Atlas Air Worldwide is a specialized leadership position that plays a critical part in aligning the company’s product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. As the Product Director, you will be accountable for defining and steering the strategic roadmap for complex product ecosystems within the organization. Experience working with aviation maintenance and engineering systems, especially MRO platforms like TRAX, will be highly advantageous. Proficiency with ERP or enterprise platform management, automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) software development lifecycles, and a background in airlines or logistics sectors are considered beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced influencer and communicator with strong storytelling abilities and workshop facilitation skills within complex, politically sensitive corporate environments.
