Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years with full accountability of a complex enterprise level programme, portfolio or product
- 15+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, scrum master or product manager
- 5+ years experience in an agile delivery culture
- experience with TRAX or similar aviation maintenance and engineering systems MRO platforms
- experience with ERP or Enterprise Platforms as a product
- experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD SDLC
- willingness to travel domestically monthly
- willingness to travel internationally occasionally
Job Qualifications

- experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD SDLC
- airline or logistics experience an advantage but not essential
- experienced influencer and storyteller with excellent oral/written communication skills
- highly skilled workshop facilitation in highly complex and political enterprise level environments

Job Duties
- Develop and implement a clear, aligned product strategy and roadmap
- work with stakeholders to develop a prioritised backlog based on business value
- appropriately prioritise maintenance and tech debt activities with new features to ensure a sustainable product
- accountable for a secure, reliable and performant product that delivers value for Atlas
- develop and implement product success metrics and manage team to them
- senior stakeholder management including customers and vendors
- financially literate and can manage a P&L if required
- support Application Development Chapter Lead in implementing an engineering culture
- support Portfolio Senior Director in implementing an adaptive human centric system of work
- accountable for a complex cross functional product/service ecosystem
