The role of Product Development Associate at Nestle9 sits within the Technical Services group and is key to bringing innovative pet food products to market. This position involves working closely with both wet and dry factories to develop new flavors, shapes, and textures that meet consumer and pet preferences. As a Product Development Associate, you will manage multiple product development projects from conception through scale-up and implementation. Your scientific background and food formulation experience are essential for qualifying raw materials and suppliers while ensuring all products meet nutritional, regulatory, and quality standards.

In this role, you will be expected to lead performance improvement initiatives, including waste reduction and quality enhancements, to ensure Nestle9 remains a trusted leader in pet products on retail shelves. You will also serve as a technical resource to the marketing team, helping to develop a robust product pipeline that aligns with current and emerging market trends. Approximately 50% of travel is required, reflecting the dynamic and multi-functional nature of this role.
