The Audi dealership located in Westlake is currently seeking a dedicated Product Concierge Specialist / Sales Consultant Trainee. This role is integral to the customer ownership experience, as it bridges the gap between vehicle sales and customer satisfaction through detailed product education, personalized customer interactions, and supporting the sales and management teams. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, which is commensurate with experience and skill level. Employees in this role are expected to play a critical part in helping customers fully understand their vehicle's features and technological capabilities, ensuring that they get the most from their new luxury vehicle.
In this role, the Product Concierge Specialist will be responsible for educating customers on all vehicle models, ensuring they are familiar with all pre-delivery requirements, and assisting in programming personalized vehicle settings before delivery. The position demands an ability to assess and tailor the delivery process to meet customer priorities and comfort levels, using demonstrations and clear explanations of vehicle features and technology. The Specialist also follows up with customers post-delivery to further educate on additional vehicle features and addresses any technology-related inquiries.
Furthermore, the Product Concierge Specialist supports the sales department in operational tasks, including vehicle tracking and coordinating vehicle deliveries. The role extends to assisting customers in service waiting areas, training team members on key vehicle technologies, and helping management plan and schedule department activities. Responsibilities also include participating in sales meetings, supporting sales consultants, maintaining consistent communication with customers and prospects, and ensuring dealership policies are adhered to throughout transactions.

- Minimum of 1 year in position of sales assistant or similar positions in automotive, retail, sales industries desired
- Current California driver license with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record

Job Duties
- Ensures that vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements
- Programs personalized settings prior to customer delivery
- Sets expectations for length of delivery of vehicles
- Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery for every customer experience
- Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention
- Follows up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations
- Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
- Directs customers to additional information resources
- Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how-to workshop)
- Utilizes CRM daily to assist in responding to new leads promptly
