The Audi dealership located in Westlake is currently seeking a Product Concierge Specialist/Sales Consultant Trainee. This role is integral to the dealership's ability to provide a superior ownership experience by ensuring customers are well-informed about their vehicles' operation from the outset. The Product Concierge Specialist/Sales Consultant Trainee serves as a vital link between customers and the dealership, offering detailed vehicle education, personalized feature demonstrations, and ongoing support after purchase. The position requires proactive coordination with management and sales teams, including vehicle tracking and administrative assistance.

Compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and skill level. The role is designed not only to support the sales department but also to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and technical expertise. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service or related industry
  • Current California driver license with clean Department of Motor Vehicles record
  • Current California sales license
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Willingness to undergo brand-specific training and certification
  • Ability to work in a professional environment and uphold company policies
  • Capacity to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service or similar positions in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
  • Minimum of one year experience as sales assistant or similar position in automotive, retail, or sales industries desired
  • Current California driver license with clean DMV record
  • Current California sales license required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively and efficiently performs detailed customer education and delivery on all models
  • Ensures vehicle has met pre-delivery checklist requirements
  • Programs personalized settings prior to customer delivery
  • Sets expectations for length of vehicle delivery
  • Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery experience
  • Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies
  • Follows up with customers post-delivery to answer questions or provide additional instruction
  • Resolves customer inquiries related to vehicle technology
  • Directs customers to additional information resources
  • Conducts owner clinics and workshops
  • Utilizes CRM to respond to new leads and follow up with lost sale prospects
  • Assists customers in service waiting areas with vehicle inquiries
  • Introduces Product Concierge services to customers
  • Trains team members on vehicle technologies
  • Troubleshoots vehicle system features
  • Assists management in scheduling and planning
  • Provides administrative support for sales department
  • Tracks new and used vehicle inventory and coordinates vehicle transportation
  • Assists sales department with scheduling, planning, and customer service
  • Provides exceptional customer experience
  • Supports sales consultants and management with administrative tasks and follow-up
  • Conducts test drives and second deliveries as necessary
