Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 74 pounds, standing, bending
- ability to provide own basic tools
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- safety-first mindset
- no prior experience required as training is provided
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly and outgoing attitude
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- experience with basic tools preferred but not required
- motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- assemble seasonal products like patio furniture, grills, and bikes
- ensure products are ready for customer enjoyment
- interact with customers and store management in a friendly and professional manner
- follow safety protocols while performing assembly tasks
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- support team members as needed
- provide excellent customer service
