With a reputation for quality and reliability, Encore serves a variety of clientele by offering tailored audiovisual solutions that meet the specific needs of each event. Known for its commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and fostering a welcoming culture, Encore provides a dynamic work environment that blends cutting-edge technology with exceptional client service.

The role of Hotel Sales Manager at Encore is integral to growing the company’s presence within the hospitality sector by driving overall hotel sales through a consultative sales approach. In this position, you will be expected to manage the sales process actively by using Encore’s tools including ACT!, Proposal Generator, and other marketing systems to create professional bids and presentations. You will participate in hotel site inspections to better understand venue capabilities and client expectations and provide valuable technical and logistical support throughout the sales and event delivery process. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary contact, addressing client concerns, managing information flow, and coordinating show crews to ensure seamless event execution. The role also involves equipment ordering, managing crew logistics with the operations team, and overseeing job accounting processes to reconcile costs and prepare accurate invoices.

Working at Encore offers a stimulating environment within hotel and convention center settings where you may encounter varying noise levels and work conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements and use of specialized audiovisual equipment. The role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve travel to multiple hotel locations. Being part of Encore means embracing a culture that values world-class service, collaboration, ownership, and integrity. Salary for this position ranges from $51,000 to $67,000, with compensation based on experience, skills, and location. Additional incentives such as bonuses and overtime pay may also apply.
