Encore is a leading event production company specializing in delivering world-class event experiences across various venues, including hotels, convention centers, and office environments. Known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, Encore partners with clients to bring their event visions to life through creative and technical expertise. As a pioneer in the industry, Encore prides itself on fostering an inclusive and welcoming culture that values diversity and encourages collaboration. The company supports its employees with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, ensuring a fulfilling and supportive work environment. This particular role is a remote/hybrid position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those residing near a major airport due to travel requirements. The salary range for this position is between $67,438 and $100,000 annually, reflecting the individual's experience, location, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities such as overtime, bonuses, or incentives may also be available.
The Producer role at Encore is a multifaceted position responsible for the planning, management, and execution of production events. Tasked with driving consistency through the implementation of processes and standard operating procedures, the Producer ensures that events are delivered efficiently, within budget, scope, and timeline constraints. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify, resolve, and escalate operational issues while optimizing the deployment of production resources. As the primary point of contact for clients post-sales handoff, the Producer develops and maintains strong client relationships, focusing on retention and high customer service levels. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Event Production, the Producer collaborates with senior production staff to execute complex show elements and supports company initiatives by communicating goals and objectives clearly to the event execution teams.
Key responsibilities include organizational leadership, production management, budget analysis and reconciliation, and maintaining compliance with technical standards and SOPs. The Producer leads teams, assigns roles, sets expectations, and ensures resource planning and logistics are managed to meet client needs and production standards. This position also partners with creative teams to provide innovative solutions, aligns with market sales teams for project scoping and pricing, and utilizes event project management software to streamline operations. The working environment ranges from hotel and convention centers to office settings, with varying conditions that require flexibility, including irregular hours, on-call status, and travel up to 75%. Overall, this role demands a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently while contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
